Street Photography: Portraits of Humanity

One of my favorite pastimes is people watching. It is fascinating to see the little bits of irony and humor in the everyday routine we all go about.
Street photographers capture the moments that pass unnoticed by most. A strange expression worn by a man in deep thought: the girl consciously stepping over cracks in the sidewalk while her mother walks with a bigger sense of purpose into the next shop; a business man who decides now is the best time to discretely pick his nose.
This week I am keeping the words short to let the photos do the talking. Some of these artists are professional shooters, others are iPhonographers with a "shoot from the hip" philosophy. Either way I hope you find these as interesting as I do.
